DAV NABHA  AVNI ECO- CLUB  CELEBRATED

       ENVIRONMENT  DAY 2020

D.A.V. Cent. Public School,Sr.Sec.,Nabha has celebrated World Environment Day  by Avni Eco-Club on dated 5.6.2020 under the vigilant guidance of Worthy Principal Dr.Meena Mehta.The Theme of this year for Environment Day is  to  "Celebrate Bio- Diversity". Though,we are going through the phase of pandemic. We the citizens of India has always fought with all such issues with smile, courage and affection. It is time to show our love towards all the corona warriors by celebrating this day with smile and a pledge to conserve our Flora and Fauna.

Students of class 3 to 5 participated enthusiastically  by making posters, reciting poem,speech etc during this pandemic situation.Students expressed their love towards the environment   and promised to feed bird and animals. As on this environment day theme is Biodiversity they showed full concern towards nature to be safe and secure in the environment.

Students from secondary and senior secondary participated in all the assigned activities with full zeal. These young minds are acquiring online study  but they are also sharing their expressions. They are our young Environmentalists who are motivating us never to stop caring about our Environment. So let us  take pledge on this day that "in all the times good / bad we will care about our Mother Nature".

The Principal appreciared the zeal of students and flashed light on the importance of preserving our biodiversity .She addressed that we should develop awareness,cautiousness and responsibility towards our Environment .
