DAV Centenary Public School, Nabha celebrated new year on 1 January,2020 in the school premises under the kind and dynamic leadership of our honourable Principal Dr.Meena Mehta. On this occasion ,havana yajna was conducted in which the whole staff showed their presence. The holy mantras were chanted by Mr. Rohit Arya  the shastri of the school to seek the blessings of the almighty . A joyful learning environment and happy school can do wonder in the holistic development of our children.The Principal of the school Dr.Meena Mehta congratulated and blessed all the teachers on the new year by showering flowers on them. She acquainted the staff about the philosophy of Karma and motivated them to do karma without thinking about the fruit.She apprised them to follow the four P's-Prarthna, Purusharth, Prateeksha and Parinaam. She also emphasised on the significance of mass prayer. Prasad was distributed among all followed by sumptuous breakfast which was relished by all.
