DAV NABHA CELEBRATED CHILDREN’S DAY

The birth anniversary of first Prime Minister of India, Jawahar lal Nehru was celebrated as Children's day in DAV Centenary Public School, Nabha junior wing on 14th November,2019 with great enthusiasm and zeal under the able guidance of our worthy Principal Dr Meena Mehta. On this occasion, special assembly was conducted in which the students and teachers delivered speeches to pay tribute to the legendary freedom fighter popularly known as Chacha Nehru. Quiz was also organised on the life of Pt. Nehru. As the children were very lovable to him, that is why in order to make them happy a motivational movie was shown to them. The Principal wished the students and highlighted the importance of the day. She urged the students to make themselves to the expectations of Jawaharlal Nehru dreamt about the nation. In the end sweets were distributed among the students by the Principal.
