DAV Centenary Public School, Nabha, organizes the class shows of Tiny Tots

DAV Centenary Public School, Nabha, the class shows of Tiny Tots(Classes NUR ,I and II) for the parents were organised on 9th November, 2019 under the guidance of our worthy Principal Dr. Meena Mehta to apprise parents about the school and its functioning. The Chief Guest on this occasion was Mr. Kulbhushan Sharma ,Naiab Tehsildar and other guests were Ms. Neelam Aneja(LMC Member),Dalip Kumar(MC ,Nabha), Mr. Harsh Singla(Social Activist), Mr. Manohar Lal(Sarpanch of Chaunda),Adv. Chander Shekar Jolly(LMC Member) , Mr Jiwan Bansal(President of Aggarwal Sabha), Mr.Avtar Das Mahant(),Adv.Vinod Gupta(President Bharat Vikas Parishad), Mr.Lalit Sharma(Social worker), Mr.Inderjeet Singh Rockey(Social worker, Chaunda), Mr.Harwinder Singh Dhindsa(Panch Chaunda).
The programme began with the traditional lamp lighting by the Chief Guest Mr. Kulbhushan Sharma, Principal Dr. Meena Mehta along with the other guests.It was followed by DAV Anthem. The Principal extended the welcome address and highlighted the basic needs of children and the role of parents. As the school is going to have Blood Donation Camp. regarding that She guided the parents about the benefits  of donating blood and also motivated them to bring the Donors for this noble cause.
The show started with Meditation, followed by Saraswati Vandana and welcome dance by the students of class I. After that  different performances were given by Tiny Tots of class Nur, I and II on Maiya Yashaodha, Ghoomar, Jai jai kara, O ri Chirayira and acts Maharishi Dayanand ‘s Life, Life of Mahishasur etc . In the Fashion show students showed the different cultures of India. Recitation of Shabad on the 550th birth Anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji was also depicted in the melodious way by the students. In the end our Tiny Tots performed Bhangra and Giddha. The motivational certificates were distributed to the students according to different categories . In between refreshment was served to the parents.

Principal Dr. Meena Mehta honoured the chief guest , guests and thanked the parents for sparing their precious time to be the part of the event. She also appreciated the efforts of the teachers for making the programme a great success. She encouraged the parents to maintain a healthy bond with their children and assured them of a memorable association with school.
