DAV Centenary Public School, Nabha, organizes the class shows of Tiny Tots(Classes LKG and UKG)

DAV Centenary Public School, Nabha, the class shows of Tiny Tots(class LKG and UKG) for the parents was oraganised on 8th November, 2019 under the guidance of our worthy Principal Dr. Meena Mehta to appraise parents about the school and its functioning. The Chief Guest on this occasion was Mr. Amardeep Khanna Charirman Improvement Trust Nabha, and other guests were Mr. Balwinder Singh Bittu(Sarpanch Dhingi),Nigam Saroop Sharma(Ex Principal Sanskrit Collage Khanna, Gurdeep Chopra(Rotary Club),Vivek Khanna( President Rotary Club), Mustakh Ali (Sarpanch Alhoran Kalan) .
The programme began with the traditional lamp lighting by the Chief Guest Mr. Amardep Khanna, Principal Dr. Meena Mehta along with the guests followed by DAV Anthem. The Principal extended the welcome address and highlighted the basic needs of children and the role of parents. She also advised the parents not to give phone to their children rather indulging them in some useful games. She also asked the parents to give their full cooperation for the betterment of their children.
The show started with the welcoming speech by the student Yashika of class LKG followed by Meditation after that students explained the meaning of Gayatri Mantra, Mool Mantra, Guru Mantra. Students performed different dances on Haryanvi Dance, Rajasthani Dance, Barbie Dance, Father Theme Dance etc.They also told A to F stories. In Fancy dress students performed on Plastic Theme ,Social Media, Save water and Swach Bharat. Stduents also performed Shabad on the 550th birth Anniversary of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. In the end our Tiny Tots performed Malwai Giddha and Bhangra.
The motivational certificates were distributed to the students according to different categories . In between refreshment was served to the parents. A small act on the use of technology was presented by students showcasing that the parents should give time to their children instead of getting busy on social networking sites.
Principal Dr. Meena Mehta honoured the chief guest , guests and thanked the parents for sparing their precious time to be the part of the event. She also appreciated the efforts of the teachers for making the programme a great success. She encouraged the parents to maintain a healthy bond with their children and assured them of a memorable association with school. In the end feedback from the parents was also taken. Parents expressed their feeling of happiness to see their Tiny Tots performing in front of the public in a very decent manner along with their academic performance.
