DAV Cent. Public School Nabha celebrated Hindi Divas

DAV Cent. Public School Nabha celebrated Hindi Divas on Sept.14,2018 as a mark of acknowledgement of Hindi as the national language in the senior wing of the school enthusiastically under the able ,visionary and Innovative guidance of the school Principal Ms. Meena Mehta . HOD of Hindi department Ms. Manju Verma shared her views on the importance of Hindi by saying that Hindi is our national language and we should be proud of it. She tried to spread the message that “Hindi hamari shan hai ,Hindi hamara abhimaan hai” . Madam Madhur vani chanted vandna “mangal bhavana”in her melodious voice. Students of class 6th to 8th recited couplets of Rahim and Kabir ji and told the importance of these couplets in our daily life. Divya Sharma of class 8th A, Kush Aggarwal of 9th A, Gursimran of 8th B, Able Vargis of class 6th C, Aarushi of 8th D,Timsi of 9th C recited beautiful poems and delivered speeches on the life of great Hindi poets .Madam Nisha Raniand Madam Anuradha shared their views on the history of Hindi . The children were made aware that Hindi plays a very significant role in connecting the people of India and helps in making our nation strong. Madam Manju Verma concluded the program by chanting a divine song “Tu mera satgur hai_” in her sweet voice. Everybody enjoyed and cheered. The school Principal congratulated and blessed all the teachers and students on Hindi Divas.
Hawan was being performed to make our surroundings Eco friendly by the members of Avni Eco Club of the school.
